Special Provisions for Returns
・ Returns and exchanges of products may be made only if the member is contacted by e-mail within the period specified by the Company (within 3 days) after receiving the product due to reasons attributable to the Company, such as product defects or product mistakes.
・When contacting us, please include the following contents in the e-mail.
(1) Order number, name and telephone number at the time of ordering
(2) Choice of return or exchange, reason for desired
(3) Product name, amount, quantity
(4) Customer's preferred transfer address (only for those who wish to return)
(5) Financial institution name, branch name, type, account number, name (katakana notation)
・We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases. Thank you for your understanding.
(1) Discount eligible products
(2) If the goods have already been used;
(Products that were clearly worn rather than tried on, products that were washed, etc.) )
(3) When scratches, dirt, or product defects occur due to the responsibility of the member
(This includes cases where products, tags, accessories, etc. that have become dirty or scratched are lost at the customer's site.) )
(4) If the condition at the time of return is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery. (Including box and accessories)
(5) When it is due to the convenience of the member, such as a difference in size.
(6) When more than 3 days have passed since the product arrived.

・ Exchange can only be changed in color or size of the same item number.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for products with different product numbers.
・ Within 3 days after the arrival of the product, if the member sends a request for return or exchange to the Company by e-mail with the reason, and the Company determines that the product needs to be inspected, and replies to that effect by e-mail, the member shall promptly send the product to the Company by the method specified by the Company.
・ If we determine that it is necessary to exchange the product you sent, we will exchange it for an equivalent product, or if the equivalent product is not in stock, we will refund the purchase price.
